In Fallout London Dogmeat doesn't appear, but you can adopt a bulldog named Churchill. First meeting and protecting the dog - Prilladog Food Factory

An opportunity to meet and adopt a dog appears early in the game - shortly after reaching the surface for the first time and unlocking the Charybdis main quest.

You will pass by a dog food factory called Prilladog Food Factory on your way to Thameshaven.

In this location, Churchill, the English bulldog, is fighting a group of hostile stray dogs. Join the fight and offer support in getting rid of wild dogs. Churchill should survive this fight.

Conversation with the guard

A small task related to talking to the factory guard next to the entrance to the Prilladog Food Factory will be triggered. You can react in any way you want to his complaints about killing wild dogs. There will be an opportunity to adopt Churchill.

Adopting Churchill as a pet companion

Approach the English bulldog and press the interaction button. Invite your dog to travel with you - he will join your character as a companion, similar to Dogmeat from Fallout 4.

Can you pet Churchill?

In the game you won't find a distinct animation for petting a dog. However, you can ask Churchill about tricks and receive a friendly reaction from the dog.

What can you do with the dog?

When you interact with Churchill again, you can give the dog commands: following the protagonist, staying in one place, trading (transferring items from the character's inventory to the dog's "inventory"), and talking - the last option also allows you to send Churchill away.

The bulldog can help fight, but if he gets seriously injured, you have to save him with the stimpak. It's best to steer clear of confrontations with strong opponents and instead target the same foes that the dog is fighting.

Churchill can find valuable loot for you and spot enemies - you will receive a message in the upper left corner of the screen and, optionally, you can go to the place he will lead you to (the safe in the example in picture 2).
