Regiments: Winds of Change PC

Regiments: Winds of Change is an add-on to the RTS game titled Regiments, released in August 2022. Like the basic version of this production, the DLC was developed by Bird's Eye Games studio.

Gameplay

Regiments: Winds of Change does not bring revolutionary changes in mechanics. Instead, the authors focused on introducing new content. The most important novelty is the War Paths mode, offering access to new procedurally generated operations . As part of the campaigns they create, we take part in successive battles, completing random mission objectives involving, among other things, attacking or defending selected points on the map or capturing targets or escorting allies.

In addition, the DLC brings regiments from France, the Netherlands, Canada and Czechoslovakia, which take an active part in the clashes, and we can fight at their side or against them, depending on the side of the barricade we choose. In addition, the add-on introduces new units, led by landing troops and fighters, as well as 50 previously unavailable vehicles and weapons systems that significantly expand our range of tactical options.

Technical issues

Regiments: Winds of Change is a non-self-contained add-on, so it requires the basic version of the Regiments game.
