Confrontation with Robo Margot in Fallout London can be compared to a mini-boss fight. Our guide includes tips on how to defeat Robo-Margot in the Access Bunker visited during The Train Job quest received from the Vagabonds faction. Eliminating Margot will allow you to stop the train used by the Isle of Dogs Syndicate gang.
Reaching Robo-Margot and preparing for the fight
Robo-Margot will appear during The Train Job quest received from Winston, one of the Vagabonds. In this quest, you must visit Poplar Station - reach the entrance to the Access Bunker and explore the Docklands Light Railway.
After riding the train, you will reach the large Security Door shown in the picture. Pressing the left button will open them, but don't rush in.
Do 2 important things first:
- Leave your companion next to the train(Churchill or someone else) - They won't help you significantly in combat, and there is a huge risk that they will take a lot of damage.
- Explore the corner to the left of the Security Door - there you will find Pulse Mines in the small box shown in the image above. Take them and set the mines as an active item in your inventory (Weapons tab - a dot must appear next to the mines).
You should also save your game because Robo Margot can kill you instantly with a single melee attack.
How to defeat Robo Margot boss?
Switch to stealth mode (CTRL) to make it more difficult for Robo-Margot to detect you right away.
Place 2 mines in the area behind the robot - as a reminder, you can throw them by holding ALT.
Robo-Margot is on the right, but run to the corridor ahead, which leads to the stairs to the upper floor. The robot should follow you, detonate both mines along the way and receive heavy damage as a result.
Once you reach the top, ignore the mutated rats and jump over the ticket gates. Turn around and wait for Robo-Margot.
The robot cannot get past the gates and is therefore unable to reach you. Choose a good weapon for close-range combat and shoot the boss. It's best to aim for the head to increase the chance of critical hits.
You can also aim at the robot's legs - destroying them will force Robo-Margot to crawl. This will make it difficult for the machine to catch up with the hero.
Keep firing until Robo-Margot loses all of its health bar. It is worth looting the remains of the machine (you can get, e.g. Fusion Cell, Robo-Margo Circuit Board, Nuclear Material).
You can now safely reach the Poplar DLR Station Terminal on the ground floor and complete The Train Job quest objective by stopping the train.
