Classic RPG games feel good on mobiles, and even better on tablets. Nevertheless, porting isn't always easy, as confirmed by the poor condition of the premiere version of Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition. In the case of Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition, the developers from Beamdog studio didn't repeat previous mistakes and this production was much better to play from the very beginning.

Unlike BGEE, the mobile edition of the refreshed Icewind Dale is a complete edition. There's no need to pay extra to unlock characters or portraits. Everything is available from the beginning and the game doesn't cost more than Baldur's Gate. Is that even possible? Yes, it is. The use of the interface looks much better, but only on devices with a larger display. The developers recommend playing on at least a seven-inch screen, and you should take this advice seriously.

Choosing the correct character to command them to attack a specific opponent becomes even more difficult on smaller device screens, even during an active pause. This also applies to managing your inventory, picking up loot, and any other action that requires you to tap on a small part of the interface. Another inconvenience is the small font during conversations. You can indeed expand the text box, but it doesn't affect the size of the letters.
