It takes place in a fictional world that combines modern setting with fantasy traits and with retro-futuristic technologies. The player assumes the role of a policeman who is tired of life. He begins working on a case that can either give him a chance of redemption or take him to the very bottom.

The game takes place on an island where people live in harmony with nature and the supernatural. Things get complicated when the colonists arrive. Our protagonist ends up right in the middle of the conflict between the natives and the colonial forces.

Seemingly trivial job soon turns into a vicious struggle for survival.
